The Coava KONE is a stainless steel “[coffee filter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/breville-luxe-brewer)” similar to conventional paper filters but with virtually no waste.
Using precise measurements and timing, ground coffee (25 g) is placed in the filter, which is then placed in a glass chemex. Hot water is then poured from a kettle over the grounds, yielding an exquisite cup of coffee that needs neither cream nor sugar.
