The Cloud downspout is absolutely adorable. As its name suggests, it features a [black cloud](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cloud-tables1) at the end of the pipe, giving the otherwise boring house fixture a cartoonish facelift. The cloud cleverly covers the bottom so that when the [water gushes out](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spout-water), it looks like [it is raining down](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rain-experience) on a small patch of the lawn (or pavement, depending on the house).

Created by Russian industrial designer Дмитрий Куляев for Art Lebedev studio, the Cloud downspout could easily be mistaken for a piece of street art. It has that playful aesthetic that pokes fun in an innocent and thought-provoking way. By lending new perspective to an everyday object, the Cloud downspout encourages creativity and imagination.

Also, despite its dark demeanor, the Cloud downspout will brighten up anyone's day--rain or no rain.
