Designer Jaro Kose introduces the multi-functional Clock Vase, whose functions are defined by its name itself. The concept of the piece is designed to indicate the passing of time -- the clock is much more calculated than the vase. The clock counts every second whilst the vase gives a [place for flowers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grid-vase) to grow and become frail over time to depict the nature of life itself.

In terms of the actual Clock Vase, it is constructed from ceramic materials and has gold-plated hands, boasting an overall [minimalist design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooden-desk-clock). Kose explains that connecting the timepiece with a vase shows that we must care for the quality of time distributed to us and serves as a reminder that time is not infinite.
