What makes the space extra special isn't its high ceilings or airy ambiance, but the existing [clock faces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/corner-clock) that provide a unique window to view such sights as the Brooklyn Bridge and the rest of the Big Apple. Developed by David Walentas, the clock tower apartment originally made headlines a few years ago for its [contemporary kitchen](http://www.trendhunter.com/trends/clock-tower-kitchen).
