The Cosmos clock contains a full map of the northern hemisphere and users can search for and choose various constellations to display on the clock. A large star on the clock works as the "hour hand" while the smaller star works as the "minute hand," and both rotate to tell the time just as a standard clock might. The clock is also [Bluetooth compatible](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/clock-o-clock) and via a smartphone, can have its light strength adjusted as well as play music. This astrology-inspired clock concept would make an excellent purchase or gift for those who love to study space and who would like to keep a piece of it at home. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.7/10 - Popularity: 94% | Activity: 99% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Astrology-inspired Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop customizable and interactive home decor pieces that incorporate astrology themes and functionality. - **Smart Clocks:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create clocks that integrate with smartphones to adjust lighting, play music, and offer customizable features. - **Mood Lighting Technology:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore advancements in mood lighting technology to enhance the ambiance and visual appeal of interior spaces. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Combine technology and art to create unique and customizable home decor products that cater to specific interests. - **Consumer Electronics:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop smart and connected devices that enhance the functionality and personalization of everyday items. - **Lighting Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrate innovative lighting solutions into interior design to enhance the mood and aesthetics of different spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Orbital Timepiece Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/radius-clock.md) - [Floating Marble Cosmic Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mobius-calendar-clock.md) - [Moon-Inspired Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moon-trip-clock.md) - [Tubular Illuminating Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spacetime-blade.md) - [Concentric Timezone Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/analog-wall-clock.md) - [Flowing Light Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crydal-scroll-clock.md) - [Intentionally Foggy Clock Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kehai-clock.md) - [Connected Simplicity-Focused Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-rubiks-cube-clock.md) - [Snowglobe-Inspired Dynamic Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/time-to-snow.md)
