Inspired by the [Eames](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zeph-chair-1) Office Chair, the chair has a spring steel design that will make it a durable, long-lasting piece of furniture for the office for a professional to relax on as they work. The upper section on the seat is supported by the frame in a cantilevered manner that makes it appear almost illusory from afar. The Clipspringer Lounge Chair will easily accommodate sitters as they lean forwards and backwards throughout the day without having to worry that the piece won't be able to support their movement. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.4/10 - Popularity: 75% | Activity: 17% | Freshness: 9% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Cantilevered Office Chairs:** The design of cantilevered office chairs offers an opportunity to create visually stunning seating solutions with durable spring steel frames. - **Modern Office Furniture:** Innovative designs that combine aesthetics, comfort, and functionality are in demand in the modern office furnishings industry. - **Inspired by Iconic Designs:** Designers can draw inspiration from iconic furniture designs to create new seating solutions with unique features and sleek appearances. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Office Furniture:** The office furniture industry has potential for disruptive innovation by creating furniture that combines functionality with modern design. - **Industrial Design:** Industrial designers can create bold and innovative cantilevered office chairs by experimenting with materials and ergonomic features. - **Interior Design:** Designers can incorporate cantilevered chairs and modern furniture pieces into their interiors, creating unique and functional office spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Contemporary Leather Classic Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sling-chair-1.md) - [Shapeshifting Spine-Like Work Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spine-chair.md) - [Circular Modernist Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zerogravity-chair.md) - [Dynamic Intelligent Office Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dynamic-spinecare.md) - [Posture-Maintaining Lounge Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/havana-lounge.md) - [Rope-Like Dynamic Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/caterpillar-lounge.md) - [Structurally Complex Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-arch-chair.md) - [Ergonomic Luxe Comfortable Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lounge-chair-1.md) - [Wavy Lounge Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wavy-lounge-chair.md)
