This attachment is compatible with city, road, and hybrid bikes with 26” to 28” front tires. The device features a spring-loaded clamp that attaches to the bike’s front fork assembly, and a small wheel that makes contact with the front tire to provide propulsion. The motor can deliver speeds of up to 15 miles per hour, making it a practical solution for urban commuting. The Clip is lightweight, comparable to a laptop, and can be easily detached and carried in a backpack. The Clip motor attachment is powered by a lithium-ion battery, which offers a range of up to 12 miles on a single charge. The device also includes regenerative braking, which helps to extend battery life by recapturing energy during downhill rides or braking. The Clip is designed for ease of use, requiring no tools for installation, and can be set up in seconds. This makes it an accessible and cost-effective alternative to purchasing a traditional e-bike, providing users with the flexibility to electrify their existing bicycles.
