This Earth Day, the sustainable plant-based milk brand, Silk, is helping to tackle climate anxiety with free climate counseling with a certified expert to help transform climate worriers into Climate Warriors. On Earth Day (Thursday, April 22), Silk’s Climate Counselor, Dr. Debbie Sturm, a licensed professional counselor and climate anxiety researcher, will host a series of free 45-minute counseling sessions to help you feel empowered about your future.
