The home is located in Sydney, Australia and it is defined by the [fiberglass screens and vegetation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-aoyama) which also function as privacy walls. It is named after the client and builder of the project: Bill Clifton. The home has a red-brick finish and is for his family replacing the bungalow that once stood in its place. The founder of the studio, Anthony Gill shared with Dezeen, "In plan, the rooms step and stagger to create distinct garden spaces that provide relief to the overall experience, bringing light and ventilation deep into the plan. The interiors are interrelated with each adjacent garden, offering privacy and different conditions to each room. The upper level works well with a quietness that is perhaps unexpected – the client describes it as 'otherworldly.'
