Fit for a pharaoh, it is a [luxury design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bezel-collection) that provides a [large bathing cocoon](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baina-1) that can be enjoyed on one's own or in the company of slaves and concubines. Of course, the latter is simply a matter of role playing these days. The Cleopatra Bathtub will inspire people to get a little creative. Designed by Ippolito Fleitz for [Kaldewei](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/e15), the Cleopatra Bathtub may embrace its bather in a cocoon, but it does so in an airy way. Not only is the design itself spacious enough with the top portion creating a generous cone shape from above, the ceiling of the Cleopatra Bathtub is perforated to ensure soft light filters through. Overall, the experience is unrivalled. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.4/10 - Popularity: 83% | Activity: 42% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Luxury Bathtubs:** There is an opportunity for companies to disrupt the luxury bathtub market by focusing on unique designs and features. - **Role-playing Home Wellness Products:** There is an opportunity to create products designed to enhance role-playing experiences in the home, particularly in the wellness space. - **Airy Cocoon Designs:** There is an opportunity for designers to create airy, cocoon-like designs in various industries, such as furniture and outdoor living spaces. ### Who This Affects Most - **Bathroom Fixtures:** Companies in the bathroom fixtures industry can innovate by creating luxury bathtubs with unique features and designs. - **Role-playing Gaming:** Gaming companies can innovate by creating products designed for immersive role-playing experiences in the home, particularly in the wellness space. - **Furniture and Interior Design:** Designers and companies in the furniture and interior design industries can innovate by creating products with airy cocoon-like designs, inspiring relaxation and tranquility. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Japanese Snack Box-Inspired Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bento-starck-box.md) - [Luxe Translucent Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lusso-amore-freestanding-resin-bath.md) - [Customizable Minimalist Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/acquabella-noon-slate.md) - [Sophisticated High-Design Bath Lines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soaking-tub.md) - [Automated Relaxation Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-bathtub.md) - [Symmetrical Curved Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/victoria-alberts-barcelona-collection.md) - [Removable Bathtub Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bathtrope.md) - [Malleable Removable Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bathtope.md) - [AI-Enhanced Contemporary Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cloud-and-co.md)
