It is home to graphic designer Bart Crosby, who was looking for a [tranquil fishing escape](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lake-house-life-experience-pavilion) that is outside of the city. The home is a single-story structure with modern details and is surrounded by lush and rustic nature, covering 2.5 acres of area. The home has a pavilion style and overlooks views on both sides by the windows framed by black details. It opens up large views with ceiling-to-floor glass between heavy stone walls. Additionally, the roof adds a modern element resting over the stone detail but also extends to create a [covered porch outdoors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/river-hills-residence).
