Designer Mandana Dilmaghani is attempting to make disposing cigarette butts fashionable with the [Clean City Lab](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sap-water-infused-body-butter). The Clean City Lab is a necklace that also doubles as an ashtray.

Clean City Lab was designed by Dilmaghani and JTI and [Future Concept Lab](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/future-society-solar-canopy) and was inspired by the Neuer Zollhof building in Düsseldorf, Germany. The ashtray is silver and has slots for up to five cigarette butts. The Clean City Lab has a lid so that the smoke from the butts doesn't float up and out. There are not many good places to disposes of cigarette butts when you're out and about; chucking them in the trash is dangerous and leaving them on the sidewalk is irresponsible and rude.
