These murals include new movies such as Django Unchained, as well as old classics like Forest Gump. These vibrant [wall murals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/el-muro) cover a range of different film genres. Some of these fantastic murals are from '90s kids movies (like The Mask), and some are lovely foreign film captures. The mural for the movie Drive is the most eye-catching to me. The dull grayish background helps make the vivid shades of Ryan Gosling's jacket stand out. The 'Cinematographics' collection has a mural for every kind of movie lover, including [Dark Knight fans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/batman-x-blvck-collection). These incredible wall decor pieces bring [pop culture into your home](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fandomhonoring-building-block-sets) in an artistic and beautiful way. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.6/10 - Popularity: 53% | Activity: 48% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Pop Culture Home Decor:** Home decor products inspired by popular films and TV shows are gaining popularity. - **Film-inspired Wall Murals:** Wall murals featuring popular film captures are becoming a popular addition to interior decor. - **Vibrant Film Genres' Wall Murals:** Wall murals depicting various movie genres ranging from old classics to new releases are in high demand. ### Who This Affects Most - **Home Decor Retail:** Retailers selling home decor products can benefit from offering film-inspired wall murals in their collections. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers can benefit from using film-inspired wall murals as an innovative way to personalize client spaces. - **Movie Industry:** Movie studios can leverage the popularity of movie-inspired wall murals to boost revenue through merchandise sales. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Pop Culture-Themed Rugs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/my-world.md) - [Renter-Friendly Wallpaper Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/renter-friendly-wallpaper.md) - [Folk Art-Inspired Wallpapers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/backdrop.md) - [Movie-Themed Art NFTs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cheeky-kyser.md) - [Collectible Historical Figurines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/thrilljoy-pix.md) - [Cult Film-Inspired Graphic Tees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/capsule-tee.md) - [Cult Movies-Inspired Graphic Streetwear](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/film-club-collection.md) - [Colorful Retro Pixel Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/paint-mirror.md) - [Superhero-Themed DIY Art Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jim-lee-batman.md)
