These [anti-smoking ads](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/unsmoke) effectively target young female smokers who are self-conscious about their looks and appearance.

The campaign features the tagline, "Think it makes you pretty?" and shows a young female using a cigarette to apply lipstick and wearing a necklace of used cigarettes.

The message is quite clear: you spend so much time and money on [perfumes, accessories and makeup](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/you-are-amazing) for your appearance, do you want to screw all that up by smoking?

The ads were done by [BBDO Moscow](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pal-safetynovela) with creative director Ludmila Baush, art director Maria Tovbina and copywriter Evgenia Babior.

Since here at Trend Hunter Magazine we are pretty democratic and inclusive when it comes to smoking, here are a few more related trends that both encourage and discourage smoking.
