The dapper bottle opener is shaped as a small pillar rest that is ideal for holding a cigar between puffs and can be simultaneously used to open beverages. The seamless combination of both products in one allows for [multiple functionality](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/victorinox-special-companion-damast-knife-2025) without compromising the aesthetic of the product. Despite the [cigar rest and bottle opener](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/klaro-30-caliber-smoke-can-humidor) offering two common uses, the device is relatively small and compact. The rest is made from [machine pressed aluminum](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ceci-1938) and shaped into a pillar with elegant gold finish. The base of the pillar is fitted to be a bottle opener that is creatively tucked away until needed. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.7/10 - Popularity: 61% | Activity: 13% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Hybrid Luxury Products:** The FANELLI's combination of a cigar rest and bottle opener showcases a trend of creating products with multiple functionalities. - **Compact and Versatile Designs:** The small and compact design of the FANELLI highlights the trend of creating products that offer convenience and portability. - **Seamless Integration of Functionality:** The seamless combination of a cigar rest and bottle opener in the FANELLI demonstrates a trend of integrating different functionalities into a cohesive design. ### Who This Affects Most - **Luxury Goods:** The FANELLI caters to the luxury goods industry by offering a high-end hybrid product that appeals to affluent consumers. - **Home Accessories:** The FANELLI can disrupt the home accessories industry by providing a stylish and functional item for cigar enthusiasts and beverage lovers. - **Barware:** The FANELLI's dual functionality as a cigar rest and bottle opener presents an opportunity for innovation within the barware industry, appealing to both cigar connoisseurs and bartenders. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Decorative Bottle Openers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/decorative-bottle-opener1.md) - [Dynamic Curved Bottle Openers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dancing-opener.md) - [Artistic Wine Opener Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/artistic-wine-opener.md) - [Wine Bottle Cork Trimmers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/qwikcork.md) - [Dynamic Mechanical Bottle Openers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ryan-k.md) - [Sleek Top Can Openers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/davi-can.md) - [Smart Bottle Openers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-bottle-opener.md) - [Bat-Shaped Wine Openers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wine-and-beer-openers.md) - [Beverage Can Openers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/davi-can-opener.md)
