[Cafe Ignatius](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cafe-grumpy) is a non-profit coffee bar located within the St Agnes Korean Catholic Church in Los Angeles. Located near the [University of Southern California](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/good-earth-coffeehouses), the cafe and coffee roaster has been pioneered by Father Choi, who is originally from Korea.

Cafe Ignatius serves pour-over coffee that has been roasted in-house and features a limited menu that operates on a [pay-what-you-can model](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/manatee-coffee). The funds raised from the passion project go toward supporting those in the community who are in need.

The quaint cafe sits within a two-storey house, which boasts a charming stone path that weaves through a courtyard of rose bushes, and is staffed entirely by volunteers. The upstairs of the house is occupied by three study rooms and washroom facilities.
