Spring has clearly sprung over at [Native Foods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/philly-cheesesteak-sandwich) with the launch of a fresh Spring Menu that includes mount-watering new dishes like the Chicken Fajita Cheesesteak and the Wasabi Crabcake Sandwich.

For spring 2022, the vegan fast-casual brand Native Foods has launched a creative new menu that takes inspiration from the bold colors of springtime. Newly appointed Executive Chef for Native Foods, Chris Bertke, explains, "It's unique for us to have a menu that changes as the seasons change because most fast-casual restaurant concepts lack that elevated aspect to their menu."

One of the standouts from the new menu is the Chicken Fajita Cheesesteak, which offers a plant-based twist on both fajitas and a classic cheesesteak sandwich. More specifically, this sandwich consists of [plant-based chicken](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/just-meat-chicken), plant-based cheese sauce, bell peppers, red onion, fresh cilantro, and chipotle sauce – all served on a toasted baguette.
