The sandwich starts off with the brand's thinly sliced beef brisket that's topped with a new [cherry BBQ sauce](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cherry-cola-bbq-sauce) before being finished with a slice of Swiss cheese, crispy onions, red onions, tomato and lettuce. The sandwich comes served on a toasted brioche bun for a touch of soft, pillowy texture. Arby's Cherry BBQ Brisket Sandwich hopes to shake things up in the QSR industry by shifting away from traditional barbecue flavorings like maple to put a distinctly summery twist on a classic. The sandwich is making its debut alongside a series of additional limited time menu items for customers to try out.
