The thought of taking shots can be one of the most horrible things you endure while out on the town. The Listerine-looking packaged product is made to make that awful taste much more bearable. The Chaser Strips are going to be your new favorite way to throw back those delightful [tequila shots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sweet-heat-shot). These strips are meant to replace the orange, cranberry and pop that we would normally chase our liquor with. The [mini flavored strips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sour-patch-kids-strips) go right on your tongue before you take a drink. After you have taken the shot, the strip dissolves and what you are left with is a sweet aftertaste. The Chaser Strips will definitely make it a lot easier to indulge in some tequila from time to time. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.2/10 - Popularity: 20% | Activity: 67% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Drinking](https://www.trendhunter.com/drinking) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Alcoholic Chaser Strips:** The Chaser Strips revolutionize the way people take shots and drinks by providing a convenient and enjoyable alternative to traditional chasers. - **Flavored Dissolvable Strips:** The introduction of Chaser Strips opens the door for innovative flavored dissolvable strips that enhance the drinking experience. - **Convenient Alcohol Consumption:** Chaser Strips offer a pocket-sized solution for on-the-go individuals, enabling convenient alcohol consumption without the need for mixers. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Beverage Packaging:** The beverage packaging industry can explore new packaging designs and materials to accommodate the Chaser Strips and similar products. - **Flavor Enhancements:** The flavor industry can develop and market new flavors specifically tailored for dissolvable strips, catering to the growing demand for unique taste experiences. - **Nightlife and Entertainment:** Bars, clubs, and event organizers can embrace the trend of Chaser Strips as a disruptive innovation, offering customers a unique and convenient drinking experience. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Pocket-Sized Mouthwash Sachets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/swishables.md) - [Pouch-Packaged Vodka Shots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slim-shooters.md) - [Gin Shooter Spirits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wattshot.md) - [BAC-Reducing Beverages](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sure-shot.md) - [Flavored Supplement Strips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nustrips.md) - [Cinnamon Whiskey Jello Shots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cinnamon-whiskey-geltain-shot.md) - [Drug-Detecting Drink Strips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/greenlane.md) - [Teeth-Whitening Breath Strips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/teeth-whitening-breath-strips.md) - [Revolutionary Anti-Hangover Pills](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/antihangover-pill.md)
