Because cement is one of the greatest materials ever. You can do so much with it: build with it, pour it onto stuff, stick your enemies feet in it and then let them sink to the bottom of a river. These innovative and hard to lose pushpins are designed by Nobuhiro Sato. The cement pushpins are certainly eye-catching, and will make a perfect conversation starter in the office. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.4/10 - Activity: 5% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Cement-based Innovations:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation by exploring new applications and uses for cement-based materials. - **Creative Office Supplies:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in designing unique and attention-grabbing office supplies. - **Conversation-starting Products:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation by creating products that spark interesting conversations and enhance social interactions. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Construction and Building Materials:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in developing new cement-based materials for construction and building applications. - **Office Supplies:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in reinventing traditional office supplies with innovative and visually appealing designs. - **Product Design and Manufacturing:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in creating conversation-starting products through unique and unconventional design approaches. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sturdy Home Decor](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-cement-decor.md) - [Performance-Driven Minimalist Tiles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/minimalist-tile.md) - [Shrimp Cell-Fused Cements](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shrimp-cell-fused-cement.md) - [Minimal Paper Sconces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pin-sconce.md) - [Pavement Brick Sandals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/unipaver.md) - [Galactic-Inspired Stationary Pins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/planet-pins.md) - [Clothespin-Inspired Mechanical Pencils](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pentapa.md) - [Potato-Based Ultra-Strong Bricks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/starcrete.md) - [Cement-Made Smartphone Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/artifox-monument.md)
