This [modular cat shelving](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cozey) is designed by [Etsy's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wood-wall-hanger) CatissaCatTrees shop, a brand specializing in handmade pet furniture that is ideal for those with small spaces. While traditional [cat trees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cat-tree-house-2) tend to take up a lot of space -- especially in residences with a limited square footage -- this cat shelving boasts a mountable, stackable, and aesthetically pleasing design.

Consisting of wooden boxes with various openings, this feline home accessory lets one's pet explore, nap or simply hang out and people watch. This shelving system is made up of four box elements along with a small ladder, allowing cats to jump up to the shelving unit with ease.

When mounting the unit -- which ships worldwide from Haapsalu, Estonia -- home owners are able to customize its configuration to match their style or preferences.
