The project is led by Casey Keasler, the founder of the studio. The result highlights a bold design that boasts modern design language and refreshing new accents with a spotlight on the main living space. Starting with the kitchen, it is accented with soft green dubbed Rushing River by Benjamin Moore. This is detailed with marbled Dolomite countertops, a backsplash, and an island. Throughout the entire main area is [white oak flooring](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dinesen-apartment), which also continues to the bedrooms as well, brightening up the overall design aesthetic of the entire condo. The bathroom boasts clean themes with a classic feel contrasted by a textured marble pattern.
