# Lavish All-White Abodes Casa Pinto is a Modern Beach House with a Stark Exterior Facade By Jana Pijak | Published 2017-06-23 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-pinto References: [archiscene.net](http://www.archiscene.net/housing/casa-pinto-insite-architetture/) & [insitearchitetture.it](http://insitearchitetture.it/) 'Casa Pinto' is a stark, and elegant home by Insite Architetture, a firm known for its contemporary point of view. Illustrating the visual power of linear architecture, this project is an idyllic family home that offers a spacious, single storey space. Situated in the heart of Salento, Italy, Casa Pinto features an impressive [interior courtyard with a swimming pool](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/patio-house-residence) that acts as it's focal point. The home is also accented with large glass panels, offering an [all-white facade](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/silver-house) that is free from ornamentation minus its warm wood slats -- used to construct a functional poolside deck. In addition to its [sleek exterior](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aip-azia-villa), the home's interior design is also kept simple and monumental, with cool tones dominating over too much clutter, or added decoration. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.8/10 - Popularity: 57% | Activity: 20% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Sleek Minimalism:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in creating minimalist home designs with simple and clean aesthetics. - **Linear Architecture:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in utilizing linear design elements to create visually powerful structures. - **Functional Outdoor Spaces:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in designing outdoor spaces that are not only visually appealing but also functional and practical. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in reimagining architectural designs to embrace sleek minimalism and linear architecture. - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in creating interior spaces that are simple, clutter-free, and monumentally designed. - **Landscape Design:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in designing outdoor spaces that seamlessly merge with architectural designs and offer both aesthetics and functionality. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Compact White-Painted Modern Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/whitepainted-modern-home.md) - [Seaside Home Renovation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-de-praia.md) - [Olive Tree-Inspired Minimal Villas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-ula.md) - [Earthy Tonal Relaxing Villas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-maiora.md) - [Coastal-Inspired Home Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-puerto.md) - [Sandy Landscape-Reflective Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-da-encosta-n-grndola.md) - [Patio-Centering Villa Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-tres-patis.md) - [Coastal Courtyard Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/patio-house-residence.md) - [Lofty Minimalist Living Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/minimalist-living-space1.md)
