The [Casa](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/colombo-and-serboli-architecture-1) Ideal Divider succeeds to become a sort of sculpture, skewing the view of what lies behind it and delighting the eyes as it does. A collection of steel cylinders of various diameters have been powder-coated white and assembled into a perforated wall of a uniform thickness. A large portion of the horizontally laid segments of tubes are wide enough for an arm to fit through, and so sufficiently broad to permit a penetrating gaze. When perceived at 45 degrees, the Casa Ideal Divider appears completely opaque, allowing one to play with the perfect arrangement of this [contemporary piece](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cromatica) in his own unique space. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.1/10 - Popularity: 28% | Activity: 58% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Interactive Partitions:** Exploring the use of partitions as interactive elements that engage with the viewer. - **Perforated Design:** Incorporating perforated patterns into various design elements for added visual appeal. - **Sculptural Room Dividers:** Creating room dividers that double as sculptural pieces to enhance the overall aesthetics of a space. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Interior Design:** Opportunities for interior designers to create unique and visually intriguing partitions within open-plan spaces. - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Incorporating perforated patterns into furniture design to create visually interesting and functional pieces. - **Architecture:** Exploring the use of sculptural room dividers in architectural designs to enhance the overall visual experience of a space. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Flexible Room Partition Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/room-partition-system.md) - [Elegant Cane Partitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/midcentury-partition.md) - [Contemporary Modular Space Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wallstreet.md) - [Felt-Made Retractable Room Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pixels-1.md) - [Hemp Room Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/breeze-divider.md) - [Pleated Textile Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plissade.md) - [Rotating Panel Room Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ro-room-dividers.md) - [Minimal Open-Plan Screen Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arches-screen.md) - [Material-Centric Room Divider Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ren-series.md)
