The firm's latest project is located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and it sits next to the grand Pacific ocean. There are massive boulders on the property, part of the [rocky mountainous hillside](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/capuchinas-house) that resides where the home stands. The breathtaking view is out of this world, as the home invites in the vibrant blue ocean and cliffside hills. The living room is situated outdoors and there are no worries about the weather when you're in this part of the world. The ceiling-to-floor windows offer a non-barricading view of paradise. Some special Casa Finisterra amenities include a reflective pool, cactus garden and a terrace. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.7/10 - Popularity: 83% | Activity: 79% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Stress-free Abodes:** Designing homes that prioritize relaxation and tranquility, offering a sanctuary from the stresses of everyday life. - **Seamless Integration with Nature:** Creating homes that seamlessly blend into the natural landscape, maximizing breathtaking views and connecting residents with the surrounding environment. - **Outdoor Living Spaces:** Designing living spaces that extend beyond the interior, allowing residents to fully embrace the outdoor environment in all weather conditions. ### Where This Applies - **Architectural Design:** Architects can explore innovative ways to design homes that prioritize relaxation and seamless integration with the surrounding natural landscape. - **Real Estate:** Real estate developers can seek opportunities to create stress-free abodes with outdoor living spaces that offer residents a unique connection with nature and breathtaking views. - **Landscape Design:** Landscape designers can partner with architectural firms to create cactus gardens, reflective pools, and other outdoor amenities that enhance the overall experience of stress-free abodes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Local Stone-Based Beach Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-quinto-sol.md) - [Coastal Holiday Beach Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-ferran.md) - [Oceanside Modern Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ima-house.md) - [Dramatic Clifftop Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-yuri.md) - [Rustic Seaside Coastal Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-tobi.md) - [Nature-Inspired Hilltop Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/las-rocas.md) - [Ocean-Overlooking Perched Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/big-sur.md) - [Landscape-Integrated Hill Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-av.md) - [Stepped Hillside Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/b2a-architects.md)
