Although there were some businesses exploring in-car delivery services before the global pandemic hit, the way people order and pick up food is changing and making room for more services like [Domino's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/custombranded-2023-chevy-bolt) new Carside Delivery. This new convenient and contactless carryout solution lets customers choose to pick up their order in a different way when they place a prepaid online order via stores across the United States. With this option, customers are prompted to enter a few details on their vehicle, such as the color, make and model, as well as where they'd like their order placed.

With this new way to pick up a pizza, customers can stay in their cars and a Domino's team member delivers their order from store to car—as Domino's describes it, "It's carryout, delivered."
