Although you could actually use carrot cake for the batter of these cake pops, Bakerella simply used a yellow cake. With some melted orange wafers and a little shaping, the carrots really start to take shape as little baby carrots. As if these aren't absolutely adorable enough on their own, Bakerella adds little faces to them, plus a little leafy green stem. To make the carrot cake pops extra Easter-y, she also added a tiny bunny headband onto one of the carrots.
