Designed by the DesignDepot studio, the Carre Rouge & Carre Blanc packaging design is minimalism at its finest. For most recreational wine drinkers, the fundamental question asked when choosing a bottle is "do you want red or white?"

The bottle is strikingly simple with an elegant look that is hard to ignore. Although most traditional wineries [label their bottles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-prisoner-red-blend) with the name of the vineyard and the type of wine, this offbeat brand chooses to go for a more literal representation. The bottles feature a solid square that is either red or white to symbolize the flavor of the wine. Why a square? Art Director/Designer Julia Nevstrueva and Creative Director Peter Bankov argues the shape to be the pinnacle of perfection and clarity.

The Carre Rouge & Carre Blanc bottles exude an effortless and chic look that stands out amongst [traditional vintage-style packaging](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/krink-x-barossa-ink-limited-edition-shiraz).
