English artist Patianne Stevenson has devised a series of “[sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/inedible-doll)” of desserts from a very different ingredient: Cardboard.

This is a totally brilliant concept of great-looking calorie-free treats. Stevenson’s ‘Cardboard Kitchen’ proves that sometimes desserts are good to just look at and not eat. All of these creations are available from [Etsy](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arcade-clock). It is all recycled cardboard too, so despite being dull in physical color, each piece is very green.

I never ever thought I would say this, but the celery is amazing.
