People are now one step closer to being able to refine their own gas from home thanks to the Carbon-Negative System. The Carbon-Negative System is a machine developed by the Blest Corporation that converts [plastic into crude petroleum](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/manganesebased-catalyst).

The Carbon-Negative System produces one quart of oil for every two [pounds of plastic](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bottle-strip-cutter). The system is currently being sold for a whopping $10,000, but prices should dip down if the demand for the system ever increases. I for one would love to be able to make my own [generator fuel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bamboo-biorefinery). Who's with me?
