Keep your smartphone at maximum battery power with this adorable R2-D9 [USB car charger](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/retractable-car-charger). Looking just like his cousin R2-D2, this R2-D9 droid charger will ensure that you always have a working smartphone while you're on-the-go.

R2-D9 is a droid replica of R2-D2 with the same curved cylinder design and functionality. In the Star Wars saga, R2-D9 was sometimes referred to as Deenine and he belonged to a pilot named Verzon Tennd. The clear difference between the two droids was that R2-D9 had a bright red design while R2-D2 was blue. This nifty droid charging port cleverly utilizes R2-D9's tech design by infusing the little toy with a USB port that is perfect for powering up your smartphone. Thanks to R2-D9's cylinder design, this charger station fits snuggly into your car's [cup holder](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dockorb).
