Finally! A camera that won't take the picture until everyones' eyes are wide open! Canon's Blink Shot technology has the capability to analyze the crowd and await the perfect picture by holding the shot until everyone's ready.

Implications - This technology will solve the age-old issue of half-closed eyes in photographs. Quite simply, the technology does not allow for a picture to be taken unless it recognizes all eyes open. This is essentially the easiest way to solve a problem that, though not conventionally deemed important, is nonetheless prevalent in the lives of anyone who has ever taken a photo.
