[Aurora Cannabis](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aurora-cannabis), a Canadian company that is at the forefront of the development and advancement of consumer and industry-targeted [cannabinoid (CBD) products](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cbt-isolate), has launched a new [cannabis oil product](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ouid-chef) in Uruguay that is truly a trailblazer in that it is the first product of its kind in that country to be produced completely domestically.

Available in two different options in the form of three percent and 10 percent concentrations, the 'Bidiol' medical cannabis oil is available in 10ml and 30ml bottles in pharmacies across Uruguay, which has authorized the substance for treatment of epilepsy.

Aurora Cannabis has stated that the launch of Bidiol cannabis oil in Uruguay could be a start of bigger things to come, with the company well and truly looking to make inroads in the South American cannabis market.
