The CandyShell AMPED phone case’s innovative design up the quality of tunes playing from any iPhone device. The CandyShell AMPED phone case takes the traditional acoustic-amplifying shape of a traditional horn and infuses it into a protective iPhone case. The AMPED phone case is made from high-quality silicone rubber that works to protect your case from exterior damage and boost sound quality. On the inside of the case is the embossed outline of a triangular horn. This horn shape works to trap the acoustics of a song playing on your iPhone device and funnel the sound outward. Because the sound is being funneled in one clear direction, your music sounds louder and better. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.3/10 - Popularity: 90% | Activity: 90% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Mobile](https://www.trendhunter.com/mobile) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Acoustic Amplifying Technology:** Innovative cases that amplify sound output by integrating classic horn shapes into phone cases - **Smartphone Accessories:** Enhancing the audio output functionality of smartphones with innovative cases - **Acoustics Engineering:** Incorporating acoustical concepts into product design in a way that enhances the user experience ### Sectors Adopting This - **Consumer Electronics:** Creating novel and proprietary smartphone accessory solutions to enhance customer audio experience - **Audio Technology:** Driving improvements in audio output technologies through accessories like phone cases that offer distinctive value propositions - **Creative Design:** Designing innovative acoustically engineered products with unique shapes and materials that elevate user experience ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Posh Power-Free Smartphone Speakers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/amplifying-speaker.md) - [High-Performance Spring-Loaded Earbuds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hmd-amped-buds.md) - [Action Button Smartphone Cases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bangcase.md) - [Customizable Bluetooth Amplifier Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/whooshi-portable-amplifier.md) - [All-Angle Protection Phone Cases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rhinoshield-airx.md) - [Smartphone Case Pin Charms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/customizable-smartphone-cases.md) - [Fashionable Inflated Phone Cases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-case-2.md) - [Speaker-Centric Smartphones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/music-phone.md) - [Power-Providing LED Smartphone Cases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/starcase.md)
