The component looks like a regular lens but has a cloak-and-dagger opening on the side with a mirror that allows you to shoot at a 90 degree angle. The universal unit fits on any SLR camera lens and also swivels 360 degrees. Think of the candid photograph possibilities with the Super-Secret Spy Lens: While your friends assume you are shooting the tree in the front yard, you are actually catching them, completely oblivious. For some camera-shy people, this might be the only way you can take their picture. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.8/10 - Popularity: 53% | Activity: 53% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Photography](https://www.trendhunter.com/photography) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Spy Camera Accessories:** Opportunity for developing covert camera accessories to capture candid moments. - **Undercover Photography:** Disruptive innovation opportunity to create specialized lenses for capturing covert shots. - **Covert Camera Technology:** Developing advanced camera technology for discreetly capturing images from unique angles. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Photography:** Innovation opportunity for the photography industry to cater to covert photography enthusiasts. - **Surveillance:** Opportunity for integrating covert camera technology into surveillance systems for enhanced monitoring capabilities. - **Security:** Disruptive innovation potential in the security industry by incorporating covert camera technology into security devices and systems. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Self-Referential Photographer Multitools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/camera-multitool.md) - [3D Content-Capturing Camera Lenses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/imaging-camera-lens.md) - [Pro-Grade Smartphone Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/switchlens.md) - [Multi-Coated Glass Lens Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lomo-instant-wide-glass.md) - [Detachable Mobile Camera Lenses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mobile-camera-lens.md) - [Elongated Smartphone Photography Lenses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sandmarc-probe-lens.md) - [Attachable Eyewear Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spatial-video-camera.md) - [Foldable Structural Security Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/psync-genie-s.md) - [Space-Saving Smartphone Lenses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shiftcam-lensultra.md)
