# Bonfire-Inspired Candles Embrace Your Love for the Great Outdoors with the Campfire Candle Holder By Nicole Ballantyne-Choo | Published 2013-11-18 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/campfire-candle-holder References: [eu.fab](http://eu.fab.com/product/campfire-candle-holder-40158) & [orangedutchdesign.nl](http://www.orangedutchdesign.nl/products/) This campfire candle holder is perfect for people who loved going camping as a kid and for those who still love sitting around a bonfire. The holder is designed to look like a bunch of logs positioned to look like a campfire. At the center is a little spot for a candle. While this candle wouldn't be bright enough to light up your room during a power outage, it's perfect for [keeping food and drinks warm](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/warmer-concept). Due to its star shape, it's easy to place items on top without worrying about them falling over. If you're someone who loves hosting [tea parties](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tolo-tea-candle), this campfire candle holder will get a lot of use. By setting a teapot over the pretend campfire, you won't have to worry about the tea getting cold when you and your friends spend more time talking than actually drinking tea! ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.6/10 - Popularity: 6% | Activity: 3% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 10% men, 90% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Campfire-inspired Decor:** Opportunities for creating furniture, kitchenware, and other household items designed to look like a campfire. - **Functional Candles:** Opportunities for creating candles that serve a dual purpose such as keeping food or drinks warm while emitting a pleasant scent. - **Hybrid Decor:** Opportunities for creating decor items that serve multiple functions at once, such as doubling as a holder for candles or other items. ### Where This Applies - **Home Decor:** Opportunities for home decor companies to create unique and functional pieces like the campfire candle holder. - **Candle Making:** Opportunities for candle making companies to experiment with new scents and functions, such as keeping drinks warm. - **Kitchenware:** Opportunities for creating multi-functional kitchenware that serves as decor and also keeps food or drinks warm. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Tea-Light Candle Grills](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/candle-grill.md) - [Fireplace-Inspired Campsite Lanterns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/leacco-camping-lantern.md) - [Collapsible Campsite Torches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tripod-torch.md) - [Vintage-Inspired Candle Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vintageinspired-candle-lamps.md) - [Flickering Candle-Inspired Lanterns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nebo-big-poppy.md) - [Bonfire Wooden Diffuser Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aroma-de-camp.md) - [Luxurious Sculptural Candle Holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sculptural-candle-holders.md) - [Resuable Miniature Camping Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cozy-canadian-campfires-kit.md) - [Succulent Terrarium Candles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/succulent-terrarium-candle.md)
