Designed by Della Tosin, Kevin Chang and Tianyi Sun, the system affords you the ability to warm water, to create pressure and to disperse steady drops for an ideal rinse. The three-part contraption includes an [electric water heater](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/propane-water-heater) that's capable of increasing five gallons of water to 110 degrees Fahrenheit in just 15 minutes. Simply dunk this into a bucket and let it do its job. Once the desired temperature is achieved, the liquid can be supplied conveniently through the use of a [foot pump](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rinsekit-tailgate-shower). Regular depressions of this portion of the Calientamigos Shower will produce a fairly constant stream of water, sufficient in volume to enable two adults or three children to wash thoroughly. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.2/10 - Popularity: 34% | Activity: 84% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: South America, Asia, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Portable Hygiene Solutions:** The Calientamigos Shower showcases the trend of portable hygiene solutions, providing convenient and economical bathing options in communities with inadequate facilities. - **Efficient Water Heating:** The electric water heater component of the Calientamigos Shower demonstrates the trend of efficient water heating systems, offering quick and effective warming of water. - **Sustainable Water Usage:** The foot pump mechanism in the Calientamigos Shower highlights the trend of sustainable water usage, allowing users to control the water flow and conserve resources. ### Where This Applies - **Outdoor Recreation:** The Calientamigos Shower can disrupt the outdoor recreation industry by providing campers, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts with a portable and efficient bathing solution. - **Humanitarian Aid:** In the humanitarian aid industry, the Calientamigos Shower can offer a cost-effective and easily deployable solution to provide hygiene facilities in areas with inadequate infrastructure. - **Eco-friendly Home Improvement:** For eco-conscious homeowners, the Calientamigos Shower presents an opportunity in the home improvement industry for sustainable and water-efficient bathing solutions. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Instantaneous Hot Water Showers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/heau-shower.md) - [Pressurized Sun-Warmed Showers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solar-camping-shower.md) - [Closed-Loop Bathing Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/upfall-shower.md) - [Accessible Shower Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/accessible-showers.md) - [Pressure-Sensitive Shower Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-shower-concept.md) - [Fully Integrated Smart Showers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/power-shower-head.md) - [Pressurized Campsite Showers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/camp-shower.md) - [Water-Saving Bathroom Capsules](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bergvattnet.md) - [WiFi-Enabled Circular Showers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/circular-shower.md)
