Designed by Veronica Martinez, it is made of one single ribbon of LG HiMACS with steel leg supports. Perfect for airports and doctors’ offices, the CALA Indoors Bench provides space for small groups to sit together, but otherwise separates sitters with its twisted form that faces two directions. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.4/10 - Popularity: 79% | Activity: 75% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Conversation-free Seating:** Creating seating options that discourage conversation and prioritize personal space. - **Twisted Design:** Exploring innovative designs that offer unique seating arrangements and visual interest. - **Versatile Bench:** Developing seating solutions that can be used in various settings, such as airports and doctor's offices. ### Who This Affects Most - **Furniture:** Capitalizing on the demand for seating options that promote individual privacy and comfort. - **Interior Design:** Incorporating unique and unconventional seating designs to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of spaces. - **Hospitality:** Adopting versatile seating solutions that can be adapted to different environments to cater to the needs of guests. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Dual-Seated Plate Aluminum Benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/move-a-little-bit-further.md) - [Interaction-Promoting Public Benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bench-seating.md) - [Dual Sculpture Seating Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/immaterial-0001.md) - [Adaptive Public Seating](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/adp-bench.md) - [Sleek Public Seating Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/leftover-bench.md) - [Contemporary Customization Benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-benches.md) - [Chic Recycled Aluminum Benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bello-bench.md) - [Spiral-Inspired Minimal Benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soul-sculpture-bench.md) - [Industrial Wrapped Plywood Benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/indoor-bench.md)
