# Cactus-Inspired Teeth Cleaners The Cactooph Toothpick Holder Will Make You Laugh By Marina Rotharmel | Published 2012-09-01 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cactooph-toothpick-holder References: [justmustard](http://www.justmustard.com/product-39/cactooph-toothpick/) If you're always looking to bring something fun and new into your kitchen, you should check out the Cactooph Toothpick Holder. This great piece is courtesy of the design team at [Mustard](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-glass-collection). If you're from Texas or anywhere in the desert really, you'll be sure to see the hilarity in this piece. The Cactooph is shaped like a classic cactus plant, and is of course colored a bright vibrant green. It's made out of plastic and would make a great statement piece on any kitchen counter. Instead of having its pricks made of plastic, there are holes in their place, so you can put in toothpicks or cocktail sticks for you and your guests. This is definitely a fun product that will have visitors laughing. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.1/10 - Popularity: 13% | Activity: 11% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Novelty Kitchen Decor:** Creating kitchen decor that incorporates humor or uniqueness can potentially disrupt the traditional kitchen decor market. - **Fun Toothpick Holders:** Designing toothpick holders that are visually engaging and entertaining can revolutionize the toothpick holder industry. - **Cactus-inspired Kitchenware:** Designing kitchenware inspired by nature or flora/fauna can disrupt the traditional kitchenware market. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Kitchenware Manufacturing:** Manufacturing companies can explore the market for novelty and unique kitchenware to bring a fresh perspective to the industry. - **Home Decor Retail:** Retailers can stock and market products with humorous or entertaining features, such as the Cactooph toothpick holder, to attract customers looking for distinctive and fun home decor items. - **Gift and Souvenir Industry:** Including fun and unique products inspired by nature or local culture, such as the cactus-shaped Cactooph toothpick holder, can provide shoppers with memorable and entertaining gifts or souvenirs. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Quirky Toilet Brushes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stylish-toilet-brush.md) - [Multifunctional Toothpick Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/acepick.md) - [Dill Pickle Toothpastes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/boka-x-grillos.md) - [Multifunctional Plant Pots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/face-plant-planter.md) - [Pickle-Flavored Toothpastes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pickle-flavored-toothpaste.md) - [Package Opener Dental Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/heinz-grillz.md) - [Tooth Gap Cleaning Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ordo-denta-reach.md) - [Pocket-Sized Teeth Essentials](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lucky-toothpicks.md) - [Vampire-Inspired Kitchen Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garlic-crusher.md)
