The collection is comprised of armchairs, ottomans, lounges and a booth, all with the same youthful energy and colorful vibrancy. Each [stackable upholstered cushion](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bug-collection-1) features a log shape that creates an intersecting pattern when stacked, similar to the construction and final look of a log cabin. The furniture can be stacked high to create a sense of privacy, while the bright colors and comfortable cushioning welcome guests. These products bring joy back into home design and would appeal to decorators looking to infuse their home with a little quirk. These playfully personal pieces are perfect for the home, office or waiting room environments where [divisional seating](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-table-and-chair) is preferred. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.6/10 - Popularity: 93% | Activity: 68% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Playful Furniture:** The log-inspired 'Cabin Lounges' collection showcases the trend of furniture that adds a sense of playfulness and vibrancy to spaces. - **Stackable Cushions:** The intersecting pattern created by the stackable log-shaped cushions in the 'Cabin Lounges' collection highlights the trend of versatile and customizable furniture. - **Youthful Design:** The colorful and energetic design of the 'Cabin Lounges' collection reflects the trend of furniture that appeals to a younger demographic and adds a sense of joy to interior spaces. ### Where This Applies - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Manufacturers in the furniture industry can explore new designs that incorporate playful elements and stackable features, inspired by the 'Cabin Lounges' collection. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers can embrace the trend of playful furniture to create unique and vibrant spaces for their clients. - **Hospitality:** Hotels, restaurants, and waiting rooms can benefit from incorporating the 'Cabin Lounges' collection to provide comfortable and visually engaging seating options for their guests. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ultra-Comfy Seating Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cushy-lounge-chair.md) - [Playful Geometric Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/collection-co.md) - [Playful Toy-Like Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/frunchroom-furniture-collection.md) - [Easy-to-Assemble Colorful Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interlockables.md) - [Playful Sustainable Lounge Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beam-collection-1.md) - [Nature-Inspired Lounge Furniture Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mayland-guest-lounge.md) - [Textured Pine Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crayon-pine.md) - [Stacked Pebble-Like Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/figure-sofa-and-lounge-chair.md) - [Fluffy Organically-Shaped Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fallwinter-21-minimo.md)
