Everything about this abode is just fabulous; from the location to the design to the natural surrounding. Nestled in the quaint town of Anglet on the southwest coast of France, the ‘[Villa Chiberta](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-a)’ by [Atelier](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-corjeum) Delphine Carrere will make you drool. The stunning cabin beach house combines both worlds with its beachy airy design in a lush forest of towering pines. The secluded treehouse-like home comes with a swimming pool and unobstructed views to the idyllic settings surrounding it. Designed using wooden batten to pay homage to the pines engulfing it, the rustic home looks in tune with the woods it calls home. So if you’re looking for the perfect place to vacation or are in need for some inspiration for private forest havens to imitate, Villa Chiberta has it all. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.9/10 - Popularity: 63% | Activity: 16% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Cabin Beach House Design:** Opportunity for designers to create unique and functional cabin beach houses that blend seamlessly with their natural surroundings. - **Secluded Treehouse Homes:** Innovative architects can explore creating private and luxurious treehouse-like homes in tranquil forest settings, offering an escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life. - **Natural Retreats:** Growing demand for secluded and stunning vacation rentals in idyllic natural settings, providing opportunities for investors and property owners to develop eco-friendly retreats. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Interior Design:** Design firms can specialize in creating cabin beach house interiors that create a harmonious connection with the natural environment. - **Architecture:** Architects can specialize in designing treehouse-like homes that blend seamlessly with forest surroundings, creating unique and picturesque living spaces. - **Hospitality and Tourism:** The hospitality industry can focus on developing and promoting natural retreats, offering unique and secluded vacation experiences for travelers seeking tranquility and nature. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Forest-Treetop Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/more-cabin.md) - [Angular Getaway Cabin Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/halfmoon-bay.md) - [Harmonious Modern Wooden Cabins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mot22.md) - [Tranquil Nature-Centric Cabin Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nortehaus.md) - [Elevated Mountain Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/la-cadree-perche.md) - [A-Frame Forest Tranquil Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prez-palacios-arquitectos-asociados.md) - [Repurposed Wooden Shoreside Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tree-house-by-the-lake.md) - [Nature-Immersive Tranquil Resorts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/treehouse-villas.md) - [Tranquil A‑Frame Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/steel-a-frame.md)
