Absolutely adorable and downright fun, it [inspires the imagination](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/woset) as well as encourages children to enjoy life and play. It also [promotes physical activity](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wigiwama) which is sorely lacking nowadays. Designed by Kaja Osholm Kjølås, the Buskas furniture collection consists of three pieces, as you can see for yourself in the gallery above. Colorful, soft and not too defined, it will allow each user to imagine something different each time he or she plays with it. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.6/10 - Popularity: 78% | Activity: 81% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Interactive Furniture:** The Buskas furniture collection highlights the trend of interactive furniture for children, providing a platform for imaginative play and physical activity. - **Promoting Imagination:** The Buskas furniture collection taps into the trend of promoting imagination in children through creative and flexible design, encouraging them to explore and create their own stories. - **Playful Design:** The Buskas furniture collection represents the trend of incorporating playful design elements in children's decor, enhancing the enjoyment and engagement of young users. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Children's Furniture:** The Buskas furniture collection presents opportunities for disruptive innovation in the children's furniture industry by introducing interactive and imaginative designs that go beyond traditional pieces. - **Toy Manufacturing:** The Buskas furniture collection opens up opportunities for disruptive innovation in the toy manufacturing industry by combining furniture and play elements, offering versatile and multi-functional products. - **Creative Play Experiences:** The Buskas furniture collection creates new possibilities for disruptive innovation in the creative play experiences industry, providing unique products that inspire imaginative and active play. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Playful Toy-Like Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/frunchroom-furniture-collection.md) - [Playful Learning Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ikea-open-house.md) - [Vibrant Kids-Catering Furniture Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kids-collection.md) - [Play-Friendly Furniture Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/my-nook-modular-furniture-system.md) - [Easy-to-Assemble Colorful Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interlockables.md) - [Kid-Designed Sculptural Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/galerie-philia.md) - [Toy Block-Inspired Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bloc-collection.md) - [Playful Geometric Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/collection-co.md) - [Whimsical Kids Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moss-collection.md)
