The sandwich is crafted with a piece of the brand's antibiotic-free chicken that has been hand-breaded and fried to perfection before being tossed in Frank's RedHot sauce for a touch of tangy spice. The sandwich is served on a bun with pickles and coleslaw on top to help cut through the indulgent taste and texture of the fried chicken. Chief Executive Officer Carl Bachmann commented on the BurgerFi Buffalo Chicken Sandwich saying, "We’ve seen a tremendous response from our guests for our new chicken offerings, and by extending the flavors of our [Frank’s](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/honey-stung-chicken-sandwich) RedHot Buffalo Chicken Wings to a sandwich, we’re giving them a bold, new way to enjoy their favorites. We look forward to inviting guests into our restaurants and delivering an exceptional dining experience that keeps them coming back for more.” Image Credit: BurgerFi ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.7/10 - Popularity: 22% | Activity: 34% | Freshness: 25% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Food](https://www.trendhunter.com/food) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Spicy Menu Options:** Menu items with bold, spicy flavors are garnering significant consumer interest for their adventurous taste profiles. - **Antibiotic-free Ingredients:** Consumers are increasingly seeking dishes made with antibiotic-free proteins for health-conscious dining experiences. - **Hand-breaded Chicken:** Hand-breaded and freshly prepared chicken options are becoming popular as customers prioritize food authenticity and quality. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Fast Casual Dining:** The fast casual dining sector can attract a devoted clientele by introducing limited-edition, high-quality menu items. - **Specialty Sauces:** Developing unique and high-demand sauces, such as Frank's RedHot, can set brands apart in the competitive food industry landscape. - **Health-conscious Food:** Restaurants can captivate the growing market of health-conscious consumers with offerings that emphasize antibiotic-free and freshly prepared ingredients. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Saucy Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crave-hot-dogs-bbq.md) - [Sous-Vide Chicken Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fried-and-grilled-chicken-sandwiches.md) - [Sauce-Smothered Chicken Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/saucy-chicken-sandwich.md) - [Saucy Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brandnew-buffalo-chicken-sandwich.md) - [Spicy Buffalo QSR Meals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buffalo-chicken-sandwich.md) - [Buffalo Chicken Buttermilk Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buffalo-buttermilk-sandwich.md) - [Spicy-sweet Chicken Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/new-honey-hot-chicken-sandwich.md) - [Buffalo Chicken Strip Sandwichs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-buffalo-ranch-chicken-strip-sandwich.md) - [Sweet-and-Saucy Chicken Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mango-habanero-chicken-sandwich.md)
