The Bull Extension Cord would keep them from causing offense and experiencing embarrassing exposure by keeping power outlets conveniently within arm's reach of their seats. Nova Design of Shanghai came up with the concept and handed it over to [Bull Electric Co.](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/membersonly-cocktail-lounge) for manufacturing. The product won a 2013 iF Design Award for its cleverness. The triangular contraption comes with an adjustable clamp that enables you to fix it to the corner of desks and tables of different sizes. The Bull Extension Cord provides three sets of [international power plugs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-plug-outlet-extender), precisely where you need them. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.5/10 - Popularity: 76% | Activity: 80% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Corner-clasping Power Strips:** Manufacturers may explore the design of furniture-integrated power strips with adjustable clasps to improve convenience in offices and homes. - **Vertical Cord Arrangements:** Companies may experiment with designing power strips with vertical arrangements to utilize space better. - **Wireless Electric Cables:** The development of wireless technology may introduce wireless electric cables, eliminating the need for fixed outlets and power strips. ### Where This Applies - **Furniture:** The furniture industry may include updated designs that make it easier for users to access power outlets or introduce furniture-integrated power strips. - **Electronics Manufacturing:** The manufacturing industry can look to innovate with similar concepts and develop power strips with adjustable clasps to fit different types of furniture. - **Wireless Technology:** The development of wireless electric cables may disrupt the traditional electric cable and power strip markets and result in further innovations and developments. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [U-Shaped Power Strip Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/power-strip-2.md) - [Design-Conscious Power Bars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/power-strip-concept.md) - [Design-Conscious Extension Cords](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/willow-power-supply.md) - [Stylish Power Cord Removers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plug-puller.md) - [Artfully Dynamic Power Strips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aunion.md) - [Rotating Outlet Power Bars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oconnect-onestep.md) - [Modular Power Strip Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nodes.md) - [Power Strip Illuminated Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lightbox-power-strip.md) - [Natural Rock-Imitating Extension Cords](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/power-gem.md)
