The Buck's Fizz (two parts champagne to one part orange juice) is a close cousin to the [mimosa](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/readytodrink-mimosas) (equal parts champagne and orange juice) and this classic recipe has been refreshed with These Days' interpretation with a base of orange wine, plus orange juice from Natoora, Orange Bitter from Vault and soda. Bucks Spritz is ready to be chilled and served in a flute or a wine glass, ideally over ice with a fresh slice of orange to garnish. This bubbly beverage is ready to be sipped as an alternative to other popular [celebratory drinks this holiday season](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nonalcoholic-mixers). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.3/10 - Popularity: 10% | Activity: 10% | Freshness: 19% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Drinking](https://www.trendhunter.com/drinking) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Modern Aperitivo Flavors:** The creation of Bucks Spritz by These Days showcases a modern interpretation of a classic drink, offering a new range of aperitivo flavors for consumers to enjoy. - **Limited-edition Seasonal Drinks:** Bucks Spritz, a limited-edition festive twist on the Buck's Fizz, provides an innovative seasonal option for consumers looking to try something different during the holiday season. - **Refreshing Classic Recipes:** These Days' modern take on the classic Buck's Fizz with the Bucks Spritz demonstrates a refreshing approach to reinventing traditional recipes, attracting consumers seeking unique and updated flavors. ### Who This Affects Most - **Beverage Industry:** The creation of modern aperitivo flavors like Bucks Spritz presents an opportunity for the beverage industry to expand its offerings and cater to evolving consumer tastes. - **Hospitality Industry:** Limited-edition seasonal drinks such as Bucks Spritz can drive innovation in the hospitality industry, providing unique experiences and enticing customers to explore new options. - **Food Industry:** Refreshing classic recipes like the Bucks Spritz allows the food industry to tap into nostalgic flavors while offering a contemporary twist, appealing to consumers seeking both familiarity and novelty in their culinary experiences. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sparkling Daytime Spritzes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cointreau-citrus-spritz.md) - [Vibrant Italian Aperitivo Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/italicus-and-savoia.md) - [Ready-to-Sip Sparkling Aperitifs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-spritz-by-sazerac.md) - [Refreshing Citrus Moscato Wines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blood-orange-spritz.md) - [Concentrated Spritz Mixes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spritz-mixes.md) - [Tart-Sweet Seasonal Spritzes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/q-cranberry-pomegranate-spritz.md) - [Holiday Mocktail Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blood-orange-winter-fizz.md) - [Sparkling Non-Alcoholic Wine Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nozeco-spritz.md) - [Socially-Charged Summer Aperitif Drinks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/seasonal-cocktail.md)
