Champagne makers Moët & Chandon hosted a bubblicous party at the Melbourne Cup horse race. The [effervescent event space](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kim-crawford) was designed by Austrian firm PTW Architects.

Bubbles projected on the ceiling, transparent chairs, white table settings and mirrored ball light fixtures created a light and fizzy atmosphere. Lycra fabric pulled in organic shapes also added to the feeling that one could actually be [dining inside a bottle of champagne](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dom-prignon-x-takashi-murakami).

PTW Architects noted the event facility had been quoted by the press as an “avant-garde environment not of this earth.”
