Bubbles are inherently fun. I'm not sure why, science should probably try and figure that one out, but in the meantime we have the Bubbles Soap Dish to occupy us. As functional as it is clever, the Bubbles Soap Dish is a perfect holder for your [sponges, scrubbers and soaps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sun-sponge). Most people don't give their [soap dishes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/coral-soaps-collection) much thought; they're usually considered to be one of the least interesting items in the house, next to the toothbrush holder. The Bubbles Soap Dish is looking to change all that and is hoping to grab your attention with its fun and clever design. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.9/10 - Popularity: 54% | Activity: 55% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Interactive Household Accessories:** Designing interactive and playful versions of everyday household accessories like soap dishes sparks innovation opportunities. - **Functional Fun:** Combining functionality and a lighthearted and entertaining design creates new opportunities for engaging consumers. - **Quirky Bathroom Gadgets:** Developing quirky and clever bathroom gadgets can revolutionize the bathroom industry. ### Where This Applies - **Home Goods:** Creating playful versions of household essentials presents disruptive innovation opportunities in the home goods industry. - **Personal Care Products:** Designing unique soap dishes and other bathroom gadgets can revolutionize the personal care products industry. - **Interior Design:** Incorporating quirky and interactive pieces into interior design plans offers innovation opportunities in the interior design industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Developmental Bath Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bath-toy-collection.md) - [Colorful Bath Ball Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/b-is-for-ball.md) - [Paw-Print Soap Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dinoosh.md) - [Festive Moldable Soaps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bath-body-works-shapeable-soap.md) - [Bubble-Infused Water Faucets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/microbubbles.md) - [Pet-Friendly Flavored Bubbles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dog-soap-bubble.md) - [STEM Bath Bombs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/galaxy-bath-bombs.md) - [Elevated Elegant Soap Dishes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/elegant-soap-dishes.md) - [Bubble-Inspired Bulbous Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bubble-stool.md)
