# Emotionally Available Wingman Apps BroApp Provides Emotionally Availability When You Can't By Michael Baxter | Published 2014-03-04 | Tech Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/broapp References: [psfk](http://www.psfk.com/2014/02/wingman-app-automated-messages.html) & [broapp.net](http://broapp.net/) BroApp will be the ultimate wingman for men with [significant others](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soulnotes). The app will provide emotional availability and stability for the girlfriends and wives of men when they can't. The app's main premise is that it will send out beautiful and caring [love messages](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/emochat) to the user's significant other in place of the user. What this does is it frees up the user to use their time for other, girlfriend-less things. Essentially, this [app delays the messages](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/better-friend-ai) throughout the day so rather than having to actively think about sending these messages, making it easier to concentrate on their other hobbies. While BroApp seems like this is a careless way to trick one's girlfriend, the boyfriend does still write the messages. There's a bit of personalization that makes this much more than simply a girlfriend-deterring app ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.3/10 - Popularity: 36% | Activity: 85% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Mobile](https://www.trendhunter.com/mobile) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Automated Relationship Management:** Apps like BroApp that automate emotional communication in relationships are on the rise, providing opportunities for companies to develop products that make communication in relationships more efficient and effective. - **Hyper-personalization:** BroApp's personalization feature highlights a growing trend towards hyper-personalization of products, presenting opportunities for businesses to tailor their products to the unique needs of individual consumers. - **Ethical Dilemmas in Technology:** BroApp raises important questions about the ethics of automating emotional communication in relationships, prompting discussions around the responsible use of technology in personal relationships. ### Where This Applies - **Relationship Management Apps:** The rise of apps like BroApp suggests fertile ground for developing relationship management apps that focus on automating the emotional labor of maintaining a healthy relationship. - **Software as a Service (saas) Providers:** BroApp's delayed messaging feature highlights the benefits of SaaS providers that allow users to automate tasks and processes on a timed schedule, presenting opportunities for businesses to develop more efficient and convenient SaaS products. - **AI and Machine Learning Providers:** The personalization features of BroApp and other similar apps signal a growing demand for AI and machine learning providers that can create customized products tailored to individual consumers. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Healthy Relationship-Focused Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/official-app.md) - [Romantic Message Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lazywa.md) - [AI Dating App Assistants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-dating.md) - [Relationship Management Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lovespace.md) - [Relationship Communication Assistants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/touchbase1.md) - [Relationship-Strengthening Dating Ideas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/perfect-dates.md) - [Ease-of-Use Intimacy Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/intimacy-app.md) - [Romantic Intimacy Communication Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/relationship-intimacy-app.md) - [Couples Engagement Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lovon.md)
