Served in a Frito's walking taco bag, the Brisket Chili Walking Taco consists of Fritos corn chips topped with Poblano Queso, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onion, all over a bed of Fritos brisket chili. “We’re so excited to put our own spin on the walking taco,” said Laura Rea Dickey, CEO of Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. “When you pair Fritos with Legit.
