BREVEL and coffeesai have announced a partnership that will see the two brands working together for a sustainable coffee initiative. The partnership will see BREVEL utilizing its illuminated fermentation technology for coffeesai's coffee plant cell cultures to prioritize a more efficient growth, while also maximizing the production of the most valuable natural compounds. The partnership will also act as a proof point for BREVEL to showcase its ability to deliver commercial-scale production support for plant cell cultures to potentially increase its prowess for food brands seeking out climate-resilient solutions.

BREVEL CEO and Co-Founder Yonatan Golan commented on the partnership with coffeesai saying, "Our work in coffee cell cultures serves as a case study for the capabilities of our illuminated fermentation infrastructure. We have demonstrated the platform's ability to achieve high cell densities while sustaining continuous growth through an advanced semi-continuous cultivation process."
